To reignite a Nation For Greatness, the government has to invest in young people.
I’m not just talking about the usual suspects: Education, healthcare, and infrastructure. These are important, but they’re not going to get us where we need to go.
I’m talking about something that’s even more fundamental than these things: creating an environment where young people can dream big dreams and start businesses that will change our world for the better.
The government should provide them with loans or grants so that they can start their own businesses, and create employment opportunities for themselves and others in their communities. It is estimated that around 80% of small businesses fail within 5 years, due to lack of financial support from banks which are reluctant to lend money to young entrepreneurs.
The government should also invest in young people by providing them with job opportunities right after graduation so that they can gain experience and build up their confidence before starting their own businesses or taking on big responsibilities at work.
To reignite a Nation For Greatness, the government also has to invest in vocational schools for our young people. This will provide them with the skills they need to compete in an increasingly global marketplace. Additionally, it will give them the tools they need to be successful entrepreneurs and help them create jobs for themselves and others.
None of this is going to happen overnight. But if we don’t start making progress now, we will never be able to achieve greatness as a nation again.
If a nation is to be great, it must have a plan. A plan that starts with the youth. The youth are the future of our nation and they are our hope for greatness.
Thanks for watching and see you in the next video.
